Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with their orders. If a parcel is returned due to failure to collect or other delivery issues, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment. We do not offer refunds for any costs associated with the order, including shipping fees and product costs, once an order has been dispatched. Refunds for product cost are only made upon damage on arrival (DOA).
If a parcel needs to be reshipped due to collection issues, the customer will be required to pay for the new shipping costs. We will provide various shipping options for reshipment, including tracking services.
Customers are encouraged to ensure their availability for parcel collection.
